In these terms: 'Picksy' refers to the online platform accessible at picksy.nl; 'User' refers to any visitor or registered user of Picksy; 'Service' refers to creating, managing, and sharing wish lists; 'Account' refers to a user's personal registration.
2. Applicability
These terms apply to all use of Picksy. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
3. Account and registration
You need an account to create lists. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Picksy is not liable for unauthorized use of your account.
4. Use of the service
You may use Picksy to create and share wish lists. It is not permitted to use the service for illegal purposes, spam, or sharing offensive content.
5. Intellectual property
All rights to the Picksy software, design, and content belong to Picksy. Users retain rights to their own posted content.
6. Liability
Picksy is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service unavailability, or incorrect functionality.
7. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See our privacy policy for more information.
8. Changes
Picksy reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
